Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms & Conditions are between you and JM Executive Collective LLC ("we", "us", "our"), the seller of the planning services described on this website. By using our website, creating a client portal account, or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

JM Executive Collective provides corporate event and travel planning, including team offsites, company meetings, client visits and executive travel coordination. The scope, timeline and fee for each engagement are confirmed in a written proposal before work begins.

If you use the client portal on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse our website or portal. That includes any unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property rights, or interfering with the security or operation of the service (including introducing malware, probing vulnerabilities, or scraping content).

4. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of this website, the client portal, and all related intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the portal for your engagement with us. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service.

5. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) in addition to these terms. Planning fees are quoted in your proposal and invoiced as agreed; invoices are payable by the due date shown.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep the website and portal available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the portal for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When an engagement ends, portal access may be closed; you may request an export of your documents before closure.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and disputes will be heard in its courts. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new terms. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
