When should we start planning our offsite?+

What kinds of teams and group sizes do you work with?+
We support startups, small businesses, remote teams and internal planners. Share your group size so we can confirm the fit.
What happens once we submit an inquiry?+
We'll reply within 1–2 business days. We review your brief, then discuss the scope, budget and next steps.
How much does planning cost?+
Our planning fee is 10–15% of your approved vendor budget, added on top of it. For example, an $18,000 vendor budget carries a $1,800–$2,700 planning fee, for a total of $19,800–$20,700. Your proposal confirms the rate and scope before any work begins.
Do you plan executive travel on its own?+
Yes. Executive travel can be added to an offsite or planned on its own. Either way, you'll receive a proposal with the scope and fee for your approval before anything is booked.
Will someone from JM be on-site?+
On-site support is available when requested and agreed in advance. Standard coordination is remote.
