Our 30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact us through the form on this website and we'll help right away.

Cancelling an engagement

You can cancel a planning engagement at any time by messaging us through your client portal or the contact form. If you've paid a planning fee and cancel within 30 days of payment, the money-back guarantee above applies. After 30 days, we'll review refunds case by case, fairly — work already delivered and non-refundable vendor costs committed on your behalf may be deducted, and we'll always explain any deduction clearly.

Vendor bookings

Venues, hotels, transport and activity providers have their own cancellation terms, which we'll share with you before any booking is confirmed. Where a vendor issues a refund, we pass it on to you in full.

Travel bookings, deposits and final charges

Hotels, conference centres and transport providers usually confirm their final costs only at the end of a stay, so travel invoices are typically raised in two parts: an estimated deposit before we book, and a final balance after the stay once the vendor's actual charges are known.

A travel deposit is fully refundable under the 30-day guarantee so long as we have not yet booked rooms, fares or venues on your behalf. Once a booking is confirmed, any amount the vendor has already charged — including non-refundable room rates, deposits and cancellation penalties — is not refundable and will be deducted from any refund. We'll flag which parts of a quote are non-refundable and ask for your go-ahead before we confirm a booking.

Final balances are invoiced at the vendor's actual amount. If your deposit was more than the final cost, we'll refund the difference. If you think a final charge is wrong, tell us and we'll review it with the vendor and pass on any adjustment or refund in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit typically appears within 5–10 business days.
