Two ways travel payments can work
You always approve the arrangement first.
Direct supplier payments. You pay our approved planning fee, and authorized airline, hotel and other supplier charges are paid directly with your approved payment method.
Combined travel collection. We collect an itemized amount covering supplier costs and our professional fee through an approved travel-payment arrangement, staged around supplier deadlines.
Either way, you approve the scope, fee, payment schedule and cancellation terms before paid work begins, and specific supplier selections and prices are approved before booking. Earlier deposits and fee payments reduce your remaining balance — an included fee is never charged twice.
